Otherwise the standard 3 months applies to all 2nd hand items sold without exception.

  4. Workmanship in general all workmanship carries a 6 month warranty against defects caused by poor workmanship. With the exception of 2nd hand items which can and do suffer wear and tear issues which can effect the initial work carried out. A full inspection will be required to determine the cause of the fault, and whether its covered by warranty.
Disclaimer: 2nd hand deeper modding, installing in boats disclaimer. I accept no liability whatsoever as to whether a deeper works after its been modded / fitted inside a boat. This is due to the delicate nature of Deeper PCB's 9 out of 10 work fine but one will produce a fault. This applies to all modding work on deepers or any other sonar and the fault can appear at the time of modding or months later it doesnt matter. Only send me your deeper to be modded if you are happy to risk it producing a fault. Either way you are liable to pay for the agreed work price. There are no exceptions to this rule on 2nd hand sonars.
